Long Hairs are treat to watch and add glow to the beauty of a woman..I would like to few ways to effectively maintain our Hairs...Its really challenging and burdensome task for gals for maintaining hairs and I think thats the reason why these days girls are not having long hairs..Hairs are the most important aspect for a woman's beauty and without which they will be incomplete..I will be sharing some of the tips which I have personally used for my hairs (touchwood I have long hairs and I am trying to maintain them for last 10 years).
First of all to start we need to understand the reasons why we have hair loss..Below are the few important factors for Hair Loss:
a) Stress
b) Dandruff
c) Nutritional Deficiency
d) Use of chemicals via Bleaching, Colouring, Dying etc
e) Oily Scalp
f) Hormonal & Heridatory Issues

Now when know the reasons for hair loss, we should try to focus on what we can do to prevent above factors. We need to understand one important thing here is that not every factors for Hair Loss can be prevented but at least we can try to control it. Below are few tips which will help us to maintain & grow our hairs:
a) Whenever you are planning to shampoo your hairs, you should do Hair oil massage. Massage should be done on previous night so that it makes your hairs soft. Hot Oil massage is preferred during winter season. We can use use Almond Oil, Cococnut Oil, Olive Oil etc for this.
b) We should try to clean our hairs as per our hair type and the season. for e.g, if you are having oily hairs you should clean your hairs atleast 3-4 times in a week whereas for dry hairs we can reduce it to 1-2 times in a week. Also we should clean our hairs more frequently in summer compared to winter so that we can prevent our hairs from dirt, oil deposit, air pollution and sweat.
c) If you are travelling more then you should use very little shampoo and hair should be washed very frequently.
d) If you have dandruff then use lemon juice with coconut oil and massage your hairs..Try this atleast twice in a week and it will help in controlling the dandruffs.
e) Curd is one of the best friends of long hairs..So make sure you include this in your diet and use it for massaging as well.
g) You should include Fenugreek seeds in your regular diet and hair masks. Though its not that tasty but as every very one knows NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
h) Nutritional deficiency is one of the reason for frequent hair loss..You should include certain nutritional items like sprouts (which contains amino acids), Milk, Leafy vegetables etc to maintain the nutritional levels.
i) Try to reduce the stress by performing yoga and drinking sufficient water.
j) We should try to use Home made Hair masks as that will be natural and chemical free. Also try to use herbal shampoo and masks as they will have insignificant amount of chemicals.
