This is my official first post on our Indian Fashion & Lifestyle Blog. So thought of sharing my biggest problem with beauty with you all. It's none other than dark circles under eyes. The one who has them knows how it feels :-( . So let's discuss about it .
Gifted as a natural inheritance as well as bad sleeping habits during my college days I have the dark circles under my eyes since my adolescence . As eyes are one of the most noticeable part of our face which surely reflect neglect, aging , inner health etc.it's important that we should take care of them.
Causes :
There are many factors that contribute but following are the most common ones

2) Lack of sleep
3) Stress
4) Nutritional deficiencies
5) Pollution
6) Sinus problem
Treatment:
As it is said " prevention is always better than cure ", so try to live healthy lifestyle like
- Drink plenty of water atleast 7-8 glasses/ day
- Eat diet rich in fibers, fruits, whole grains
- Take adequate beauty sleep etc. .
But still if u get those annoying dark circles then first address the cause.
1: If it's due to stress, then do yoga exercises which not only reduces stress but also relaxes the eye muscles.
2: If u have dark circles b'coz of iron deficiency, taking supplementation of the same with vit Kwill help.
3: If cause is Sinus problem, then seek medical advise and get it treated.
You can also try following natural remedies .
1) As cucumber is a great skin toner , apply its juice for 15 mins ; not only it will reduce dark circles but it will also relax eyes.
2) Mix same amount of potato and cucumber juice , add pinch of turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice n apply it for 15 mins. Wash it thoroughly . Not only it will remove the dark Circles but also reduces the puffiness around eyes.
3) Tomato which lightens the skin tone; applying its juice with mint leaves paste is also effective.
4) Put wet tea bags or ice cubes wrapped in a cotton cloth for quarter hour n then wash.

5) Apply few drops of almond oil n massage them in circles ...leave it throughout night.
U can minimize the dark circles definitely with help of above tips; in some cases even total cure is possible.
But in some hereditary cases like mine where total success is not possible, accept the problem ; try above tips to reduce their appearance n then use some natural mineral concealer that will camouflage the dark under-eye circles.
So try our best & let's get rid of them :-)
