This is a review post on Elf Conditioning Lip Balm in Romantic Rouge. Few weeks back I ordered ELf product online. This lip balm was one among them. It is a tinted lip balm .I used it and found it really amazing so thought of sharing with you all.The shade which I bought is so pretty that you dont miss wearing lipstick anymore. Plus points

1. It is very moisturising and feels soft on applying.

2. Good pigmentation

3. Good product for affordable price.

4. The shade Romantic Rouge is super pretty.

5. Quantity is good

6. Packaging is nice but little big for a lip balm.

Negative points-

1.The size is little on the bigger side so it is difficult to carry in your evening clutch or small handbag.
